Kimberly Benoit

Kimberly is an accomplished strategic and operational leader with extensive expertise in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Her 20+ year career spans from small nonprofits to Fortune 50 companies, where she created and led high profile initiatives, spearheaded organizational transformations, and designed and delivered innovative professional development programs. 

Kimberly’s roles  required resilience, courage, relationship building, and influencing skills. She understands what it is to operate within highly political, high profile, and high-risk environments. Her track record of success across healthcare, retail, mental health, education, government, and criminal justice sectors provides her with a breadth of knowledge and a unique ability to effectively work with a wide spectrum of leaders regardless of industry.

Kimberly has both an M.S. and an M.A. and is active in the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She maintains active certifications as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) & Project Management Professional (PMP). In 2020, she completed the Mindful Leader’s Meditation-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.
