Suzanne Miklos, Ph.D.

Suzanne Miklos is a partner at the Center for Growth Leadership and the Managing Director of the Coach Center of Excellence

Suzanne is the President and founder of OE Strategies, Inc.  a management consulting firm specializing in the use of workplace assessments and is a Managing Partner for Harrison Assessments.  She has over 20 years consulting experience in a variety of leadership growth project.

Suzanne earned her Ph.D. – Industrial Gerontological Psychology Degree from the University of Akron and is also a graduate of Newfield Coaching as well as pursuing education from Harrison Assessments, Emotional Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Life Span Development, and the Gestalt Institute.

Suzanne’s expertise includes survey and assessment design, executive assessment for selection and development, leadership development, as well as guiding organizational change. Her coaching work is supported by experience in business and broad training including Gestalt, Hudson Institute and Newfield Institute. She primarily coaches directors and above including C suite. Her coaching work focuses leaders on how they deliver the best of themselves and adapt their mindsets as their organizations grow and change.

Dr. Miklos supports clients such as Progressive Insurance, Arizona Power Supply, Westfield Group, the Smithers Group, GE, AirGas and NASA. She emphasizes the use of data to drive change  tailored to their specific business needs. She is regularly engaged by clients to serve as a facilitator for groups and teams, routinely speaking to women leaders.

For fun, Suzanne enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, and hiking with her chocolate labs. She has backpacked on the Appalachian trail with her sister and son. Hanging out with her young adult children and their friends is a joy; they keep her perspective fresh and her technology in working order.
