When you register, we will send you a link to complete a validated behavioral factor assessment (20 minutes) to create your paradoxical tendencies and stressor analysis. During the event, we will debrief this data and provide you with a detailed report that will provide valuable insight into how you make decisions, form judgments, solve problems, get things done through people, communicate and several other key areas.
