Using Behavioral Data to Increase Leadership Effectiveness - Part 2

This is the second of our two part discussion on developing others and helping them their full potential with validated behavioral data. In this segment, we discuss how a manager with effective coaching skills prepares for his meetings with his employee.    Specifically three areas are discussed:

  • Understanding and communicating their strongest traits and strongest aversions which enables you to discuss and give insight on key behavioral drivers.

  • The importance of using authenticated data and measuring data reliability to avoid garbage in - garbage out.

  • A summary description of the types of data used to impact behaviors.

  • The importance of providing data which is aligned with how human nature works.  This requires the use of paradoxes which also gives insight into how stress impacts behavior in key areas.
